School of Management students can simultaneously earn a degree in SMG and any other undergraduate school or college within Boston University through the Dual Degree Program. Earning a minor in another discipline can also broaden your BSBA degree.
Earning two degrees requires extra course work, which can be completed through a combination of AP credit, summer courses, overloading, and/or extra semesters of study.
The most popular dual degrees for SMG students:
- Economics (through Economics Dept. in College of Arts and Sciences)
- International Relations (through IR. Dept. in the College of Arts and Sciences)
- Communications (through College of Communications)
Students interested in pursuing dual degrees are invited to watch the following video and to make an appointment with an academic advisor in the SMG Undergraduate Program Office. SMG students wishing to pursue a dual degree should consult Norm Blanchard (normanb@bu.edu), and non-SMG students should consult with Liz Katz (lkatz@bu.edu).
